Applying a watermark to an image:

What we are entering into the form:
The main picture:
Image file — on the computer, you can simply drag it and drop it on the file download button. On mobile devices (and on computers), by clicking on the "Select file" button, we select and upload a file with an image that will be the basis (on which a watermark of another image will be superimposed).
The width of the final image — you can set the width of the final image (which will already have a watermark). Regardless of whether the initial image is larger or smaller than this size, it will be reduced or increased to the specified value. The height of the final image is calculated automatically so that the size change occurs without distorting the proportions. The default value is 770 pixels. The maximum possible width is 2100 pixels. If an incorrect value is entered (negative, with a decimal point or symbols/letters), the width of the final image will be taken by default: 770 pixels.
Watermark Image:
Image file — as well as the file with the main image. This image will be used as a watermark that will be superimposed on the main image.
Width of the watermark — is set as a percentage of the width of the main image. The watermark is superimposed in the lower-right corner of the image. The recommended value is 20%. If you select 100%, you will get a picture superimposed on the picture. If the height of the main image and the image for the watermark match, you will get a picture superimposed on the image.
Transparency of the watermark — set as a percentage. 0% - the watermark will not be visible on the resulting image. 100% - the watermark will not show through. This parameter is needed in order to indicate your rights (copyright) to images, for example, on your website. The optimal transparency parameter is 70%, but it can be changed. If you use the original image for a watermark in PNG
or GIF
format with a transparent background, the transparency of the watermark background will dry and you will get a neat picture with a watermark with your logo.
A picture with a watermark:
The quality of the final JPG image — the parameter responsible for the quality of the final image with a watermark. The better the quality, the more the picture "weighs". But, to do too low quality is to get distortions in the form of artifacts. The optimal quality/size ratio is obtained at a value of 71
of this parameter. If desired, you can experiment and choose the desired quality of the resulting image with a watermark.
Starting the watermark overlay on the image:
The Upload and Applying button starts the process of applying a watermark to the image. A dozen images can be processed from one IP address per day, which is quite enough for regular publications and for experiments with your cards and the logo that you want to overlay.
The finished image with a watermark is generated according to the downloaded files and the specified parameters.
Output format of the finished image: JPG.
